"FERMENETED VS. NON FERMENTED RICE WATER"- Which is better?

Rice water took over the internet in recent times known to increase hair length with its claims of its ability to increase hair length. It is known to originally come from the Yao women located in Hanguto Yao village in China. They are majorly famous for their healthy floor length head of hair and they are currently holding the world record for the longest hair in the world. How do they achieve such incredible hair growth?
They give the credit of their hair growth to their special rice water recipe that has been used for centuries as a tradition in their culture. It is used to improve the appearance of the hair and skin and this recipe has been passed down through generations. Some of the benefits include:

1)IMPROVES HAIR TEXTURE
The presence of amino acids in rice water helps to give the hair a shiner appearance and a nicer feel. These amino acids strengthen the hair shaft, resulting in smoother and healthier-looking locks.

2)REDUCES HAIR LOSS
Due to its high content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals, it helps to reduce hair breakage and minimize hair loss. By providing essential nutrients to the hair follicles, it nourishes the roots and promotes stronger, less brittle hair.

3)PROTEIN TREATMENT
Rice water can be used as a good substitute protein treatment due to the mineral content. It helps to fortify the hair shaft and repair damage. This makes it an excellent option for those looking for a natural and cost-effective way to strengthen their hair.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

To prepare rice water, you'll need the following ingredients:

•RICE
The Yao women have a special organic rice they use in preparing this recipe although a substitute white rice can be used instead.
Plain rice water contains antioxidants which boosts collagen in hair cells.

•POMELO PEELS
They are added for their presence of vitamin C and are rich in natural oils which have an anti-bacterial effect and help fight against dandruff and other scalp conditions
Any citrus peel can be used as a substitute for pomelo peel, for example: orange peels, grapefruit peels.

•WATER

•CARRIER OILS
Over time, the rice water recipe has had one or two ingredients added to the recipe, although the addition of a carrier oil is not a compulsory step. These oils provide additional nourishment and hydration to the hair

There are two major methods of the preparation of rice water: The fermented method and the non-fermented method.

            THE FERMENTED METHOD

1)Add one cup of rice in a bowl and gently rinse away any impurities present in the rice. Be careful not to thoroughly wash the rice, as you want to retain some of its beneficial components.

2) Add two or three cups of water to the rinsed rice and wash till the water has a milky look

3)collect the water out by straining it into a separate container.

4)Add in the pomelo peels and the carrier oil (if desired)

4)On low heat, let the water boil for 5 minutes

5)When the water has cooled off, transfer into a container with a tight fitting lid

7)Cover with a tight-fitting lid and store in a cool, dry place for two weeks
